We are looking for an

          Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

to join our team.

 

Main responsibilities:

This role is supporting the continuous development of the global sales team which is a key driver for our revenue growth. By focusing on initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficieny of the team in their day to day interactions. Your direct report will be the Vice President Sales.

 

Your key tasks will be to:

  • Coordination and follow up for strategic initiatives in place at global level
  • Ensure a consistent internal communication to the global sales team
  • Sales reporting coordination between finance and sales, including preparation and support for business reviews making sure all materials are prepared prior to meeting deadlines
  • Ensure digital resources (SFDC) are being properly and extensively utilized
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (finance, operations, HR) to solve and drive internal discussions to ensure sales managers focus on their core sales activities
  • Ensure contact and coordination of sales activities with the Marketing department, including gathering data and preparing for media posting and similar activities
  • Coordinate resources, provide clear direction and timelines for deliverables, and delegate tasks across the project team
  • Produce spreadsheets, graphs, word documents and PowerPoint presentations for meetings, reports and customer needs
  • Take meeting minutes, create action plan, follow-up, (every meeting needs to have a result)

  • Proactively reaching out to all stakeholders across hierarchies
  • Problem solving attitude/ solution oriented
  • Commited to the task/ follows-up
  • Understanding of international organisation

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in a sales environment
  • Fluency in English and German, other european language is a plus

 Location:

flexible within Germany; our offices in Germany are located in Dietzenbach near Frankfurt (Hessia), in Overath near Cologne (NRW), in Hausen near Regensburg (Bavaria)
