Manage assigned group of customers by building long term relationships to ensure continuity of business and securing new business within assigned accounts and identifying new customers within the region.
Manage and develop strong and long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers in order to maintain and increase market share

Responsibilities
- Execute business development activities, identifying new customers and up-selling / cross-selling new sales opportunities within assigned accounts/region ensuring sales and revenue targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement key account business plans and sales account plans to ensure growth in assigned accounts/territory for Cavotec Industry.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing and new customers for assigned accounts/territory in order to maintain and increase market share. A key focus on customer development by learning customer’s business and developing an understanding of how customers interact in the marketplace, understand how competition relates to customer and continuously work on improving customer relationships.
- Manage all customer complaints or quality issues for assigned accounts/region and coordinate with different functions ensuring timely corrective action is taken to ensure customer satisfaction. Implement Net promoter score (NPS) for assigned accounts within your respective territory and ensure NPS score is improving and that the “Why” of the results is clear and put in place an action plan.
- Support Regional Sales Director in implementing sales strategy to facilitate profitable growth in assigned accounts/territory.
- Support Regional Sales Director with key data and insights on markets, competitions, product upgrading/ innovation, opportunity tracking, and effective selling tactics.
- Respect business KPIs as per Regional Sales Director and Segment Sales Director guidelines
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Work with CoE functional dpt. to ensure major top customers’ needs are met especially the need for product upgrading and innovation and actively shape the image of technology leader of reels.
- Negotiate business opportunities and contracts with clients
- Provide technical and commercial support to existing customers
- Read and analyse technical and commercial tender documentation
- Prepare technical and commercial offer documentation
- Manage and generate sales within assigned accounts and identify opportunities to grow business with existing accounts and new customers.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting in Salesforce and Order intake FC tools
Qualifications
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent technical sales experience
is mandatory - Experience in key account management role for specified region or geographical area
- Experience in general industry or mining sales is desirable
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
