Deploy key SP initiatives on a local assigned basis
· Identify new business opportunities in line with the guidelines of the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director and Group business strategy
· Maintain and develop high level sales relationships in order to maintain and increase market quotas, acting as a market leader in the assigned area
· Plan, develop and execute business development activities in the assigned area, following the guidelines of the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director
· Drive the sales activities and actions in the assigned area and market

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operational deployment of SP strategic initiatives, following the guidelines of the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director in the assigned area
    · Relate to, coordinate with and manage key stakeholders in order to ensure and strengthen local partnerships
    · Support the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director in deploying the global sales strategy facilitating growth and sales at the assigned area
    · Support the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director in conducting Market Research to represent Cavotec and establish new/additional products/service offerings
    · Develop a business plan covering sales and revenues for the assigned area; assist in the development of the annual marketing plan
    · Advise the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director on the geographical best practices in order to streamline the sales process in line with geographical trends
    · Manage the sales team (when assigned) to meet agreed targets, and promote the organisation’s presence throughout the assigned area and market
    · Identify new opportunities and promote the system selling of MU products
    · Forecast sales for each product within the assigned area
    · Deploy the appraisal system validated by the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director about the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team (when assigned), set geographical area sales targets and manage individual or team (when assigned) performance to hit the goals
    · Develop the sales team (when assigned) through motivation, counselling, mentoring and product training
    · Monitor the performance of the sales team (when assigned) by establishing a system of sales reports and cyclical sales meetings
    · Identify the major existing and new potential customers and markets and act as a company ambassador
  • Identify the major top customers and ensuring their needs are being met, and that they are
    kept up to date with any new Cavotec products or developments through various methods
    including meetings and presentations
    · Negotiate business opportunities and contracts with clients
    · Monitor progress ensuring on-time delivery of larger projects
    · Maintain a thorough understanding of cost and pricing structures for assigned products and
    customers
    · Liaise with KAMs, in accordance with the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director
    providing support and coordination for any Key Account in the designated area and market
    · Support the Regional Sales Director/Segment Sales Director in identifying the major
    consultants in the area

Qualifications

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering desired, or equivalent experience
    · Strong experience in selling and market knowledge. Experience in the MU systems,
    products and business region will be a must
    · Experience in negotiating international sales contracts
    · Management and interpersonal skills
    · Good communicator, fluency in English (both spoken and written)
