The Inside Sales is responsible for clients with whom primary contact is via telephone and for supporting larger clients with new business and spare part proposals.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales drives the following activities:

  • “Face of Cavotec” and key contact point for small customers;
  • Acquired pipeline support for larger customers;
  • Preparation of quotations for customers;
  • Monitoring of order and project progress;
  • Support of AM and RSD;
  • Input and update of opportunities in Salesforce;
  • Understanding and supporting adherence to sales contract terms and conditions;

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or relevant university degree;
  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Industry experience and understanding;
  • Commercial acumen;
  • Understanding and daily use of key sw packages (Salesforce, MS Word, XL…);
  • Excellent English skills;
  • Additional European language an advantage;
