SUMMARY
The Channel Sales Director is accountable for the regional channel sales target. She/he is expected to source the ideal channel representation for Cavotec in the countries and the sub-regions while ensuring they are delivering on their sales targets while providing necessary commercial and technical support.
Main tasks & key responsibilities
- Designs the channel strategy and priorities to deliver the channel sales target in the region
- Implements, expands, maintains and develops the network of agents​ for the region
- Makes and agrees on the business plan (including the investments required to support) with each agent to deliver on the expectation
- Responsible for contractual agreements with all agents including Cavotec agents policy compliance
- Assigns a sales target to each agent and drives regular performance and pipeline reviews with each
- Runs or organizes Cavotec product / offering training sessions
- Develops the commercial offer to the end customer with the agent
- Provides offers to agents (to be prepared by Sales Support Manager)
- Organizes a yearly agent conference

Qualifications
- Previous sales channel administration experience
- Bachelor degree

- Fluency in English and Spanish
